[Intro]
Midnight on the old arcade
Red moon over the masquerade
Count it down, the doors swing wide
Come on, take a haunted ride
[Verse 1]
You found a silver key in a bowl of candy corn
I heard the clock strike twelve, then the night was born
A skeleton DJ tapped twice on the wall
The bats flew out laughing when they heard the call
[Pre-Chorus]
Don’t look back, the hallway’s moving
Every room has something brewing
Grab my hand, the floor is shaking
One more step, the spell is waking
[Chorus]
Halloween fever, spinning me around
Witches in the speaker, shaking up the ground
Halloween fever, nobody goes home
Raise your hands together, dance with the unknown
Hey! Hey! The night is alive
Hey! Hey! Come take the ride
Halloween fever, spinning me around
Till the first light finds us on enchanted ground
[Verse 2]
A vampire in a velvet coat is guarding the stairs
A mummy moonwalks backward, tangling its wraps in the chairs
The werewolf checks the mirror, fixes up his hair
Then the whole crypt opens like a county fair
[Pre-Chorus]
Don’t look back, the hallway’s moving
Every room has something brewing
Grab my hand, the floor is shaking
One more step, the spell is waking
[Chorus]
Halloween fever, spinning me around
Witches in the speaker, shaking up the ground
Halloween fever, nobody goes home
Raise your hands together, dance with the unknown
Hey! Hey! The night is alive
Hey! Hey! Come take the ride
Halloween fever, spinning me around
Till the first light finds us on enchanted ground
[Bridge]
Who’s behind the curtain? I am!
Who just rang the bell? I did!
When the ghost says jump, we jump
When the moon says turn, we turn
Three, two, one—let the midnight burn!
[Final Chorus]
Halloween fever, spinning me around
Witches in the speaker, shaking up the ground
Halloween fever, nobody goes home
Raise your hands together, dance with the unknown
Hey! Hey! The night is alive
Hey! Hey! Come take the ride
Halloween fever, spinning me around
Till the first light finds us on enchanted ground
[Outro]
The silver key is still in your hand
The haunted party fades with the dawn
One last bell, one last scream
Wake up laughing from the dream
