The Halloween franchise has given us masked killers, questionable timelines, resurrected characters, ancient curses, sibling revelations, retcons, reboots, and enough continuity problems to make Michael Myers look like the most organized person in Haddonfield.
So, naturally, I decided to rank the entire franchise.
This is my personal ranking, based on how much I enjoy each movie rather than box-office numbers, critical consensus, or what the internet tells me I’m supposed to think. Some choices may be predictable. Others may cause you to grab your pitchfork. Either way, let’s head back to Haddonfield and see which Halloween movies survive the night.
