This is where things get dangerous.
Ask a casual horror fan about the Halloween franchise and you'll probably get something like:
“Oh yeah, there's Michael Myers and Jamie Lee Curtis.”
Ask Jimmy about the Halloween franchise and you better have snacks.
Because suddenly you're discussing timelines.
Continuities.
Retcons.
Alternate universes.
The Thorn trilogy.
The H20 timeline.
The Blumhouse trilogy.
The original timeline.
The question of whether certain movies should count.
The question of whether certain characters should have survived.
The question of whether Michael is supernatural.
The question of whether Michael is simply evil.
The question of whether Michael is actually interesting precisely because we don't know.
And eventually somebody mentions Halloween III: Season of the Witch.
At which point everyone quietly remembers that Michael Myers isn't actually in it.
Then Jimmy probably has a video about that too.
