Post-apocalyptic fiction is a genre that explores stories set in a world or civilization that has been devastated by a catastrophic event, like a nuclear war, plague, or environmental disaster. Dystopian fiction is a genre of speculative fiction that depicts a frightening, often totalitarian, society characterized by oppression, control, and dehumanization. Both depict very bad possible futures for society. There is overlap between the 2 subgenres so I decided to merge them into one list. However there were too many good anime series in both subgenres so I wasn't able to narrow it down to just 10 as a result there will be 2 Top 10 Post Apocalyptic/Dystopian Anime lists. This is the 2nd list so here are another top 10 Post Apocalyptic/Dystopian anime

Monster Girl is a genre in which a human has a romantic or sexual relationship with a monster. While most monster girl series made in the west suck(see Twilight and Disney's Zombies as examples) Japan has made several good ones by focusing on a male human(although there are a few with a female one), a harem of multiple female monsters, and a lot of comedy added into it and in some cases they minimize the romance aspect and focus on cute female monsters doing cute things.

Aspects of the character are believed by some to have been inspired by the 15th-century Wallachian prince Vlad the Impaler, who was also known as Vlad Dracula, and by Sir Henry Irving and Jacques Damala actors with aristocratic backgrounds that Stoker had met during his life. He has been played by multiple actors throughout his various film and television appearances. These are my top 10.
